🚀 The Engine Consolidation Milestone
Today, we achieved a significant leap in the WayCup Thin-Client Infrastructure (TCI), moving from a fragmented multi-repo setup to an atomic, headless Engine.
1. Engine Monorepo Shift
- Consolidation: The
agentsdirectory was moved inside thecoredirectory. - Atomic Git: The Git repository root was shifted from
core/vaulttocore/. - Benefit: Atomic versioning of the AI’s Brain (Vault), Hands (Skills), and Behaviors (Agents). Perfect state synchronization across all connected thin clients.
2. Headless 1Password Transition
- Decoupling: Provisioned a 1Password Service Account (
Box-Engine). - Autonomy: Decoupled the Engine from the Desktop GUI app. The
opCLI and SSH Agent now authenticate headlessly 24/7. - Persistence: Created
~/dotfiles/base/.op_service_account(git-ignored) to manage the secure token.
3. TCI Custodian Formalization
- Verification: Created and installed the
@tci-custodiannative skill. - Score: Validated the environment at 100/100 Nominal.
- Governance: Established a weighted 5-Phase audit protocol to prevent future configuration drift.
4. CTOx Accelerator Ingestion
- Intelligence: Successfully processed the full CTOx Accelerator media library (Transcripts and PDFs).
- Organization: Ingested 160+ structured summaries into
vault/intelligence/ctox-accelerator/. - Readiness: The Engine is now primed for the Deduplication Phase to synthesize this new knowledge base.
