🚀 The Engine Consolidation Milestone

Today, we achieved a significant leap in the WayCup Thin-Client Infrastructure (TCI), moving from a fragmented multi-repo setup to an atomic, headless Engine.

1. Engine Monorepo Shift

  • Consolidation: The agents directory was moved inside the core directory.
  • Atomic Git: The Git repository root was shifted from core/vault to core/.
  • Benefit: Atomic versioning of the AI’s Brain (Vault), Hands (Skills), and Behaviors (Agents). Perfect state synchronization across all connected thin clients.

2. Headless 1Password Transition

  • Decoupling: Provisioned a 1Password Service Account (Box-Engine).
  • Autonomy: Decoupled the Engine from the Desktop GUI app. The op CLI and SSH Agent now authenticate headlessly 24/7.
  • Persistence: Created ~/dotfiles/base/.op_service_account (git-ignored) to manage the secure token.

3. TCI Custodian Formalization

  • Verification: Created and installed the @tci-custodian native skill.
  • Score: Validated the environment at 100/100 Nominal.
  • Governance: Established a weighted 5-Phase audit protocol to prevent future configuration drift.

4. CTOx Accelerator Ingestion

  • Intelligence: Successfully processed the full CTOx Accelerator media library (Transcripts and PDFs).
  • Organization: Ingested 160+ structured summaries into vault/intelligence/ctox-accelerator/.
  • Readiness: The Engine is now primed for the Deduplication Phase to synthesize this new knowledge base.
