📋 Session Overview
In this session, we resolved a critical HubSpot Custom Report Builder UI structural blocker identified in our sales dashboard blueprints. Specifically, we overhauled the blueprint to correctly reflect the constraint that multi-metric (multiple Values) KPI scorecard reports cannot use the Compare by date comparison fields inside HubSpot. We re-architected Module 1A-1E configurations as explicit, individual single-metric reports and pivot tables to ensure 100% correct, zero-failure implementation inside HubSpot.
Key Accomplishments
- Re-Architected KPI Blueprint UI Logic: Modified
clg_sales_dashboard_blueprint.mdin both the workspace and the knowledge vault. - Separated Multi-Metric KPI Blocker: Rebuilt Module 1A (Sales Meeting Activity & Outreach) to explicitly separate “Meetings Completed (This Month)” and “Form Submissions” into distinct single-value cards, restoring
Compare byfunctionality. - Documented Pivot Scorecard Layout: Added precise step-by-step instructions for the Weekly Cadence Scorecard (Pivot Table), specifying exactly how to map metrics onto Rows and date ranges onto Columns.
- Added Architectural Bucket-Mapping Logic: Embedded a neo-themed Mermaid chart in the blueprint defining HubSpot Custom Report Builder routing rules.
