🚀 Migration Log: Thin Client Architecture

Date: April 21, 2026

Summary

Successfully migrated from the legacy tngl local architecture to the new native Thin-Client Architecture.

Achievements

1. VM Provisioning: Built waycup-vm (GCP) with Docker, gcloud, and a full Nix/Home-Manager declarative environment.
2. AI Tooling: Antigravity (gemini-cli) installed globally on the Engine.
3. Vault Sync: Created waycup/waycup-vault on GitHub. Vault is now safely version-controlled and cloned to the Engine.
4. Local Cleanup: Stripped legacy tngl scripts from Chromebook and Chromebox. Standardized ~/.ssh/config for native Termius access using the 1Password “KDock SSH” key.
5. Documentation: Updated ARCH-PHILOSOPHY.md, Terminal.md, and generated a RESCUE_GUIDE.md.

New Standard Operating Procedure

1. Open Termius.
2. Connect to WayCup Admin VM.
3. Run gemini to start working.
