[02:57 PM] - Vault Architecture Rebuild Complete: Consolidated four redundant architecture notes into 00_Engine/master_architecture.md. This is now the absolute single source of truth for dual-architecture (Disk Scaffolding vs. Vault Business Pillars) and Antigravity memory tiers.
Global Context Streamlined: Rewrote ~/.gemini/GEMINI.md to be “Ultra-Lean”, removing all architecture language and pointing directly to the vault.
Environment Rules Updated: Removed TCI/waycup-vm enforcement from GEMINI.md. Established the Desktop/Chromebox as the Engine and confirmed that autonomous edits in ~/projects/ and ~/dotfiles/ are permitted.
Dotfile Parity & Backup:
Identified and symlinked .env and keybindings.json from ~/.gemini/ to ~/dotfiles/gemini/.
Resolved a Git rebase conflict in GEMINI.md caused by remote sync-all commits.
Pushed all trackable config changes to the remote dotfiles repository.

Debugged ssh box alias outputting errors; traced to ~/.gemini/GEMINI.md symlinking to a .env file filled with markdown context, which was evaluated as bash commands. Fixed the symlink.
Updated ~/.bashrc to prevent the polkit biometric bridge from attempting to start multiple times.
Purged deprecated Tngl references from ~/.bashrc and ~/.bash_aliases.
Discovered outdated global configuration referencing 01_internal and updated dotfiles/gemini/GEMINI.md to map to the new 4-Pillar architecture at 00_core/vault/00_Engine. Hot Memory is now 100% accurate.
