🛠️ Implementation / Logic

1. Folder Initialization: Create the client’s 03_clients/ folder in the project root.
2. Context Routing: Copy the GEMINI.md template to the new folder.
3. Vault Integration: Set up the client’s specific Obsidian folder for documentation.
4. Health Check: Run the TCI (Thin-Client Infrastructure) audit to verify operational status.
