Set up an approval process for deal pipelines to require that deals are reviewed before progressing. When approvals are turned on, an approval stage is added to the pipeline. Applicable deals must receive approval from designated reviewers before they can move forward, and users cannot create deals past the approval stage. This includes deals created from workflows. Deal approval gives your team structured oversight of deal progression and helps enforce internal review processes, such as requiring manager or legal sign-off before a deal advances.
