Retroactively log sent and received emails to the CRM, directly from your Gmail or Outlook inbox. Use the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension or HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in to log emails to contacts, companies, deals, and other records in your CRM. This can be helpful if an email was sent when logging was turned off or when you receive an incoming email from a new contact not yet in your CRM.
