🛠️ Implementation / Logic

The Capture-to-Curation Pipeline

1. Harvest: Scan native folders (docs/, notes/, engineering/) for new content.
2. Classify: Map insights to one of the 4 Pillars (Engine, Attract, Convert, Serve, Intelligence).
3. Promote: Distill raw files into high-signal summaries with standardized frontmatter.
4. Prune: Archive source files to archive/synthesis-source/ to keep the active vault clean.
